Pegasus Global Holdings, Inc.® (Pegasus-Global) is an international management consulting firm that is among the world’s most recognized experts in megaprojects and gigaprojects related to the energy and infrastructure industries. Originally incorporated in 2000 by the late Dr. Kris R. Nielsen as a subsidiary of The Nielsen-Wurster Group, Pegasus-Global was acquired by Dr. Nielsen when the parent company was sold to Marsh & McLennan Companies in 2008. That year, Dr. Nielsen moved Pegasus-Global to Cle Elum, Washington, some 80 miles southeast of Seattle, and in June 2008, Dr. Patricia D. Galloway purchased 51% of the stock to became a second shareholder. In March 2013, she became sole shareholder after Dr. Nielsen's passing the previous month. Today, the company is recognized as a leading consultant on the management of megaprojects and gigaprojects and was recently certified in the energy sector by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council. Dr. Galloway serves as President and CEO of the company, while Jack L. Dignum serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
