Dr. Patricia D. Galloway's ADR experience includes arbitration, mediation, dispute review boards, and project neutrals. She has over 35 years of experience in US domestic and international arbitration and has served as a sole arbitrator, Chair and member of three-member tribunals arbitrating a large number of disputes involving commercial and construction issues of private and governmental facilities in the energy, construction-general, process, transportation, and building industries with claims ranging from US$100,000 to US$200 million. Previously to her current position as an international arbitrator, Dr. Galloway served as both a consulting or testifying expert in numerous arbitration forums including AAA, ICC, UNCITRAL, SIAC, and LICA with disputes ranging from US$1 million to US$6 Billion. She has also served as the Chair on several large complex cases. Her arbitrator/DRB membership includes:

Dr. Galloway is also a trained mediator and has completed the 42-hour mediation course at the Strauss Institute, part of the Pepperdine University law school.
