This project featured a newly constructed retail and entertainment building atop a reconstructed Pier 17, renovation of the Pier 17 bridge pier, and creation of open spaces at the pier and rooftop levels.

Pegasus-Global was engaged to evaluate the deficiencies in the electrical supply system of this redevelopment project and assess the performance of the involved parties in performing their services.
